The Cheesecake Factory

**01/02/24**: Everyone has an off day, and today was one for C.F. The food was great, as always, but the service had some bumps. Two servers asked if we wanted bread and butter, but neither brought any. Towards the end of our meal, Rachel took my glass for a refill and didn't bring it back, leaving me without anything to wash down my last bite. **02/14/23**: We've been here many times. It’s our go-to spot when we have visitors. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. There were three of us today, and we all tried something new and different. Everything tasted great! The service was excellent too. The facility itself is beautiful and always bustling with activity. Just a heads up: don’t tell too many people about it or we might have to wait longer! **10/10/23**: We had a rare visit that wasn’t excellent. We brought our elderly father, who is in a wheelchair, for lunch. We chose to sit on the patio and were told to sit anywhere. After getting him out of his wheelchair and into a chair at a table in a spot with partial sun and shade, the hostess informed us that that section wasn’t open at the moment and asked us to move to another table—only two tables away. After another struggle to get him back into his wheelchair, we decided to go inside. The food was excellent, though, and we’ll continue to return. No cheesecake this time!

I encountered a problem with my food, but the manager handled it really well. As always, our server was fantastic. I've been a loyal customer of The Cheesecake Factory for the past 20 years, and I'll definitely keep returning!

I really enjoyed the skinnylicious menu, but I was disappointed with the coconut monitor. It was too watered down for my taste.

Was excited to make a reservation and not have to wait in line at the restaurant. We arrived 5 minutes before our 8:00pm reservation party of 6) and it took 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, it took another 50 minutes to get our food. I understand it’s Cheesecake Factory, and it is always crowded, but almost 2 hours to get served is ridiculous. :

The one and only thing I DONT LIKE is the silverware being placed on the table, why,,,, because the all the tables are cleaned with the same linen, the silverware can easily be placed on a napkin.
