Kfc - Huntington Park

Decided to try the new chicken wraps order 2 classic 1 spicy slaw and 1 mac and cheese but instead got 2 Mac and cheese and 1 classic and 1 spicy besides that error the wraps are really good the spicy was my favorite how they are here to stay and not a limited time

They never have crispy chicken only original.....Never had potpies when they were advertising the pie....service is HORRENDOUS !!! IT'S been like this for years even the mngrs are clueless?? The owners should sell it to more experienced fast food owners. They need to clean house I mean that literally also. If you have to go to the bathroom HOLD IT ! Cuz then you will have to get a Tetanus shotParking: Very limited employees oarl in the lot

Waited in the drive thru for so long. I am still actually waiting as I type this. No one has even came to window to tell me how long the wait is going to be.

The service was good, cashier was friendly but the chicken tasted really old and it was extremely saggy even though it only took me a few minutes to get home and open the box.

Well where do I start? First I would like to state that management here is awful as is the customer service, no wonder they will only have 2 stars review, I'm giving 1 the my order was missing items the chicken was burned it looked like the last bit of chicken left cooking extra time the girls who I spoke with at the restaurant were unprofessional and couldn't resolve the matter at hand. The manager reached out to me but didn't get anywhere with her she even denied even talking to me after she said she would take care of the inconvenience I had experienced. KFC needs to take care of their customers better then that and make sure staff is providing quality food and service to customers.
