Hatch - Huntington

The Charleston Benedict was perfect!!! I loved it honestly! The new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was good, but I think that many of the actual spices do not quite catch on the crust, so it tasted like normal roasted chicken (yet good, but not quite what we hoped). The maize beef was quite different from other brunches and we thought it was a bit too salty by itself (the 4 stars). But we took it home and modified it! I would definitely come back to try something else and retry the Charleston Benedict!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. While searching for possible restaurants for our engagement party, my fiancé and I stumbled across Hatch. We decided to visit and try the food before asking about renting the space and we were immediately sold. Obviously the interior is incredibly aesthetically pleasing but the food is also delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. While waiting for the check, we reached out to reserve the space. My fiancé handled communicating with Joe, the person in charge of renting the restaurant, but I could see that he was very accommodating. The menu presented to us did not include the Charleston, my favorite entrée, but once we asked about it, Joe assured us that it could be done. We returned one more time before our event to see if it still had the same charm, and once again we left pleased. On the day of our event, we were able to arrive an hour earlier to set up. The staff was once again extremely patient and accommodating. I had a vision in my head, but they made it very clear to me that they were there to help and it was all in my control. I wanted to create a cereal bar for pictures and the staff supplied us with mini pitchers that they filled with milk. Our guests raved about the food, we went with the buffet option and I would recommend others to do the same. There was never a moment that we did not have food, the staff was sure to quickly refill whenever items began to run low. Towards the end of the evening, they offered us to-go boxes; our guests cleared any leftovers! My sister requires food that is GF and they made sure that she was taken care of. During the event, some guests heard about the latte printer. One of the bartender steamed milk to make latte prints so that my guests could take videos and pictures. There were little nuances like this throughout the night that made our engagement party all the more memorable. We will definitely return and I will always recommend this as a suitable brunch and event option!

It was my first time here and we loved it. The food is reasonably priced. The coffee bar and drinks are good. Nice place for a friend's brunch or one among family. There is a kid's menu so that was great as well. Our server, Cynthia was great. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything. I will be going back.

It was a fun place not extraordinary but great food, great service and slamming music! Overall great experience and would definitely do again! Only wish they would have tea lattes and fancy coffee! But the huevos rancheros tasted very delish!

Celebrating my son's H.S. graduation. 7 of us.... everything was Top Notch, delicious. Apple, pineapple, orange Mimosas!! Yesss.... it's great vibes in this spot on corner.... authentic Corned Beef Hash.... fluffy
