Feedback gevenThe food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I've visited several times, and the staff often seem unfriendly. I'm not sure if they enjoy their jobs or not.
The food was good, but the young manager had an unprofessional demeanor. I witnessed them speaking negatively about the staff to another employee in front of customers, which was quite off-putting.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was extremely rude, they messed up our order, and became confrontational with us.
The food was good and the service was fast. The issue is with the staff. The door said the hours were for dine in, take out, and mobile orders. I went in and I was completely ignored. I stood there for a minute thinking that maybe that no one had seenme but no, people were walking past and just ignoring me. I ended up leaving and going through the drive thru. They alsoforgot my sauce, which isn't a big deal, but it was slightly annoying.
Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes before we got to the window. When she read us the total, it didn't seem accurate so I asked what she had taken down for our order, she missed the pot pie. After she added it to our bill, she then proceeded tohand us the wrong food. I told her that it wasn't ours. She gave us our drinks and asked us to pull forward and wait. One of thedrinks were wrong, but we just dealt with that. I'm fairly certain she gave our pot pie to the wrong customer. We waited another35 minutes before our food came out, we were offered nothing to compensate for our inconvenience, not even so much as anapology. Our food was cold. Real bang up job KFC!!
