Feedback gevenI would like to say our waitress and food were great!! We tipped our waitress very well!! No complaints about these points at all. My complaint is that... we were told that our waiting would be 30-40 minutes. That's normal, so no biggie. But it was over an hour. If we had known we had left somewhere else. Several families who came in after us sat before us. I assume it was because she (host or hostess) her friends, family etc. Show favors. I checked twice with the hostess and hostess and was told we were next. But I saw another family visit and sitting. We got up and started going to our car, and they told us our table was ready. When we entered the restaurant, we could see the people who just came in and got long places before we sat. Not sure we make another trip to this place.
If they can get control of the Freakniks that happen in the corner under the TV, this would be a great place to eat the manager who managed to save me by giving me an experienced experience server to the hosts and the service rude posts. Red Lobster in Montgomery goes down. The glove protocols at this point are unacceptable. Gloves are worn at any time. The same gloves in and out of the kitchen to the front hostess stand on picking up their phone scratch in their hair pickup dirt plates supply clean plates all running with the same glove

The food was good and our server was very nice, but I found something about Red Lobster I don't like. I was told by servers in other restaurants that if you leave a tip on a credit card, some restaurants don't give it to the server so I always leave money. I was informed that Red Lobster servers need to split their tips on a credit card with the bartender and bus person. PLEASE come to any restaurant with cash prepared for a tip. This person works 2 jobs just to make a life.
Great Dining Experience. We asked to be seated in the Bar area to watch a Football game. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Observed the Health Rating of 98 in the Lobby and low enough to be seen. Our Waiter, Josh, was also the bar Mix Master. He was very nice and did a good job. The food was delicious, but the 4 grilled Scallops that were about the size of a quarter and 1/2? thick were Not cooked all the way through. I don?t eat Sushi, so I told Josh, and they cooked 4 new ones for me. 3 were cooked but one was thicker and still raw in the middle. Taking it home to cook and eat later, I didn?t mention the second issue, but the Manager adjusted the bill a little for the scallops. Good time and good food.
