Feedback gevenThe restaurant is definitely much nicer than it was about ten years ago. However, there was a manager or staff member who was quite rude to me and the three people ahead of me in line while we were ordering. We were all discussing how unnecessarily rude he was to everyone; it seemed like he was just having a bad day or something.
The best customer service I've ever experienced! Additionally, the place was impeccably clean. I absolutely loved it!
I placed my online order 15 minutes ahead of time, but when I arrived, they completed at least four other people's orders before starting mine. My online confirmation indicated that my order was already ready. Additionally, they didn’t toast or cut my flatbread, which left me extremely disappointed. I would like a refund.
The tuna sub was priced at $9, which feels a bit expensive. Additionally, the app wasn’t functional. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, whether they’re busy or taking their time. It's refreshing to see such patient, cheerful, and kind-hearted employees who demonstrate an outstanding work ethic. The food is fresh, and the cookies? Delicious!
