Staff stated that veggie dumplings are outsourced and cannot confirm if they are 100% vegan. I explained my dietary preferences to an older staff member (maybe the manager? I ordered stir-fried string beans with fried tofu, and let me tell you.. YUMM. Simple yet delicious. I also got an avocado cucumber roll. Please note that not all staff members are familiar with or even know what veganism means so please be patient with them when explaining. The general tso’s sauce may have chicken broth so please be aware of that. Staff confirmed that only the white sauce is vegan so please be sure to specify that when ordering.
