Applebee's Grill - Huntsville

The worst place ever. went in melted old and dirty 1. Thing waiter told us about 15 20 minutes waiting time I saw all kinds of tables open. So we sit there and waited a good 20 minutes and nothing 2 ladies go in the get sitted. Now. Really?? So we're up and down. WILL NOT BACK!!!

They are very short employees, so I understand the waiting period that was good with me and my children. Our server was friendly, orders were correct food drinks was also good, but a Roach came in our booth turned the night.

The bartender was AWESOME. but I started to go to a server reach her hand in the rubber bear bowl or drinks, eat it, and she was on her phone, punching numbers on a kiosk etc. I informed our bartender and she told IMMEDIATELY to her manager. Smh. But overall the drinks were good and the bartender was clean.

For the good part of our meal, my one drink, which was a margarita was great!! Although I ordered an extra shot to be put in it and it cost more than the actual drink itself. Other than that? Service was awful. The way she talked to us felt like we weren?t important at all. There?s a way you talk to your guest and I promise that wasn?t it. She charged me for an additional drink that I never even ordered which was a Long Island tea. Next, we saw a roach crawling around which maybe could?ve Came from outside MAYBE, but still ruined the whole meal for us because you never know. We never even finished our meal because our appetite was now ruined. Talked to the manager and he deeply empathized and comped the food. I told him about the extra drink we never ordered He never comped the extra Long Island drink that I never ordered in the first place and still had to pay $21 for 1 well margarita with a dbl shot. Won?t be returning.
