Bojangles - Huntsville

I waited 20 minutes after placing my order only to end up getting a refund because they said it would take another 8 minutes for my food. It's really disappointing, especially since I always look forward to enjoying Bojangles whenever I'm nearby.

The experience was good overall, but during my last couple of visits, including today, the cookie dough fell apart and didn't hold together at all—it crumbled into a million pieces. Additionally, the bacon was undercooked. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered breakfast and enjoyed it in the restaurant. The fact that breakfast is served all day is fantastic! There were only two of us dining inside. The cashier came by to ask if I needed a drink refill, but I wasn’t finished yet. After about ten minutes, when I was ready to leave, she offered to take care of the tablet for me. I left her a small tip under the tablet. Overall, great customer service!

When I commanded that she fought, she went to an older lady who commanded. She finally figured out how to ring what I wanted. now were 2-3 people on the drive, and she was just on the front counter. a layered ladder search went out, and the older lady continued to fight with people who were supported on the front desk. the time to pack my **** order, she had no idea what all went into her, I talked her through her when other coworkers laughed and her heads shaved. pretty sure that it would have been productive in her and her to hope and not laugh. then I ended up with a cookie and not sandwich. it was a hot chaos.

Wanted to stop and eat dinner around 8pm after working late. Door was locked. Went to the drive thru and was told the lobby closed at 2! They didn't have the chicken pieces I wanted. Then at the window they didn't have what they told me they had at the order board. Unsweet tea was bitter. Manger replaced the tea and offered a substitution for the missing pieces. Disappoining visit was somewhat redeemed but still didn't get what my heart was set on.
