Burger King - Huntsville

I was the last customer at the drive-thru, and after I paid, they asked me to wait by the door. I watched as they started shutting everything down, including the lights, and I thought, “Oh no, are they really going to keep my money and lock up without giving me my order?” But to my relief, they came out to deliver my food just before closing. I have to commend the awesome crew that night—they really went above and beyond. The burger was fantastic, and everything else was great too. Thank you, night crew! I appreciate it, and I'm sorry for the trouble!

I had a concerning experience at this restaurant. The cashier began handling my food right after touching cash and cards, and her hands came into contact with my hash browns. Additionally, she barely placed the hash browns into the bag. I attempted to reach out to the management to express my concerns, but no one answered the phone.

That was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We waited over 30 minutes, repeated our order at the drive-thru, and it was still wrong. We didn't bother to correct them because I have a feeling the next car will end up with our order. Food rating: 1/5.

I ordered the chicken nuggets and Jalapeño-Cheddar bites, and both were cold in the center. Burger King used to be my go-to fast food burger place, but now it’s not quite up to par.

I tried this place after a terrible experience. I never leave bad reviews, but this place is totally the mülleimer. I'm in awe, whoever thinks they're a good one that's ever. get it together.
