Chili's Grill - Huntsville

Chili had so much salt could not eat. Tasted old. Salad was ok and ranch dressing was good but cannot go back

Chicken and French fries were cold and soggy; definitely not crispy. Lava cake was frozen, chocolate and caramel sauces were frozen and ice cream was melting. What's wrong with this picture? Oh, the corn on the cob was actually hot. They got one thingright. They do NOT take care of customers that pick up their food rather than dine in. I arrived 5 minutes early and read abook while wating on my food so they cannot say I arrived late for the pickup.

Service needs to improve. Steak or Chips and salsa can be good, but if the service is slow ... mmmmm ..

My wife and I make a date night every Thursday night and this place has become our favorite. They are often very busy as they are right off of I-45. The service is excellent. They have several servers that are better than average, but our favorite is Ashley. I've seen her deal with drunks, rude teens, and walkouts and still give us great service with a big smile. She works hard. She sincerely cares about her customers. The restaurant is pretty clean, especially for being busy all the time. The servers and greeters are friendly and competent. Their food is what you'd expect. They have a dessert that is a chocolate lava cake with ice cream that is simply awesome! I also really enjoy the skillet queso. If you downlad the Chili's app, this place participates heavily in the perks and free stuff they offer. If you don't have the app, you can join their perks program using the gizmo on the table and still benefit. If you go, ask for Ashley. If she's not working, you will still get a good server. If she is working, you will get the best (in my humble opinion).

Maribel, is the manager here. She amazing. Other staff not so much. Bartender,Zeb is great too. I had issues w/waitress Jasmine, with food when asked to only have tomatoes pickles. It came covered in cheese, which I know many may love but I can't have cheese. When got next burger, it was two frisbees. Then Maribel came she was amazing made everything great. Thank you Zeb Maribel for making the day better.
