Donatos Pizza - Huntsville

Horrible manager about salad dressing. I'll never order donations. I will order from Papa Johns, little Cesars and Marcos before this unprofessional staff in Donatos.

The owners went out their way to make our experience unforgettable! I went the next day to get a pizza to drive it 6 hours to my home in Georgia. Becky told me exactly how to make it delicious as it was fresh and hot to eat and it worked. I love this specific chain and will be back!!!

Ordered a paprika, sausage and bacon (the breakfast type) with cheese breadsticks. Not what I have! When I asked about the order, I was told that they had no bread sticks with cheese, so that the person who took the order didn't know? As for pizza, I didn't want shaved ham. I was told by the person who prepared my order that it had no ham on it. For $33.00, I'd just be right. Next time, I'll check before I get home.

Wait 20 minutes ago. Showed after 20 minutes and paid for pizzas and bread sticks. Saw there for 20 minutes and no pizza. Asked what was up and our pizza was cold in the back. The worker never apologized. Just throw the pizza on the table and left. We had to ask him to bring the breadsticks. This uses to be our favorite pizza place in the city. Fast down.

Doesn?t deserve 1 STAR. Ordered over 2 hours ago they are 5 min away and was told they have no more deliveries and they can?t bring it. Also charging a cancellation fee when they waited over 2 hours to let me know they aren?t bringing the food. Here on a work trip so no transportation. I would?ve ordered elsewhere had I known from the beginning they weren?t bringing my dinner after flying all day.
