I arrived to this location expecting it to close at 10 due to the listed hours on google. I was informed that the hours have changed to 9,but they made my order anyways. That is amazing service,thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding!! I sent in a suggested hours edit to google,so hopefully it goes live soon. So far amazing service and caring employees. :
The experience was okay, but the cashier initially had a poor attitude and frequently got orders wrong, often forgetting who ordered what. I would not want someone like that working in my establishment. However, I want to provide an update: on January 28, 2019, I visited Long John Silver’s and was greeted by a very pleasant woman at the checkout who made the experience much more enjoyable. It was a wonderful change! I’m glad to report that my rating has improved from 2 stars to 4 stars, as everyone was nice and friendly, especially the cashier who was once quite grumpy but has become very pleasant.
We enjoyed the thick-cut whitefish and shrimp dinner, which was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. The meal was truly enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. We will definitely be returning.
The food was fresh and not at all greasy; the staff was helpful, attentive, and took pride in keeping the dining room and food area clean. They seemed genuinely happy in their roles and greeted us warmly when we walked in. Our meals arrived promptly; both my husband and I chose items from the Sunday All-You-Can-Eat menu, and they served us fresh pieces of fish and chicken as we asked.
