This place serves some of the best brisket in the city! It's not like the pot roast that others try to pass off as brisket. I haven't found anything I didn't enjoy yet!

The food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend the calamari; it's the best I've had in Huntsville.

I'm from louisiana and it's so hard to find authentic Cajun cuisine in alabama. my wife ran over this place on the fb and we stopped for lunch. absolutely fabulous eating. we had the rehearsal of red beans and reis, shrimp etouffee and gumbo with andouille wurst. it would make my daddy proud. highly recommended.

If you're looking for a restaurant that serves incredible BBQ and authentic Cajun cuisine, look no further! The pulled pork here is absolutely outstanding, and the sides are equally delightful. The meat is incredibly tender and full of flavor! The jambalaya offers a perfect blend of seasonings, while the gumbo has just the right amount of spice. As for the red beans and rice, I can only describe them as perfect. It seems this place is particularly popular among pregnant women, and young diners definitely appreciate it—everyone should treat the ladies right! This is, without a doubt, the best BBQ and Cajun food I've experienced in my 50 years. Even the green beans have a delicious smoky flavor. And I must mention the young man who assisted us, John—he was exceptionally kind and obviously enjoys great food himself!

Awesome Brisket, wings, and bread pudding. I'll be trying that roast beef pork boy in the near future! Don't let the restaurant in gas station change your mind. Go in and see for yourself. Very friendly Owner and staff.
