Pieology Pizzeria U Square, Cincinnati, Oh

Guud price for the pizza!! No flavor to the food, kinda disappointed!! Have heard a lot of talk about the restaurant, just not my thing!! I see others seems to love it though.........

We went to Pieology for dinner. We were probably the third or fourth family in line and we stood in line for at least 40 minutes. They were clearly understaffed, we were understanding and patient but it did not seem like they had a good workflow going on. As first timers to this spot, there was no menus for us to see while we waited in line!! The big board up top simply had the types of crust. They could hugely benefit from listing the sauces, cheeses and toppings. This would allow customers to be more ready with their orders as they are waiting in line. They had a small 8 ½ by 11 inch sign upfront with fun toppings combinations, that you could only see if you were standing directly in front of the sign as it was so small. When we got over to the counter to choose toppings, sauces and cheese, nothing was labelled. The staff was also sloppy with the toppings and crumbled my mushrooms all over my husband?s pizza, (he hates mushrooms). The pizza was good and you could easily split a pizza with a friend or take half home for leftovers. We weren?t impressed with this place even after giving them the benefit of the doubt of being understaffed. If you?re in the Bridge Street area there?s tons of other restaurants around?

We first tried this kinda of pizza in another state and fell in love with it then. Whenever we can locate one we go and have a few good pies...its never a bad pizza when you literally pick out everything from the crust to the sauce and all the toppings you want for a single price. To make it how you want it...its a no brainer for a amazing pizza every single time. If you love pizza then try this place. I guarantee you'll love it . 3/2022 return visit...Still a great pizza , new employees so pizza turned out quite different...I'm sure with some additional training it will improve.

The pizza is always good every time my family and I visit this location. I always customize my pizza as a bbq chicken pizza with the bbq sauce after bake. Yum! ???? The staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is great because it?s close to all the shops.

Was dare night with wife. Drove over and Saturday at 5pm . Was told it was Closed for cleaning.. and Repair ?? I'll be back again. But left with Sad face. ???? I'll fix my Review. Thank Goodness Franklin TN one was open. 100 miles away.
