Instead of properly cleaning the tables, the staff just moved the dirty tablecloths around and would only clean a table when they needed it, moving us to the next one. We ordered root beer floats, but I’m almost certain what we got was Diet Dr. Pepper; it definitely tasted like a diet soda, not root beer. My husband was able to exchange his drink, but the kids insisted on keeping theirs because they just wanted the ice. When the kids asked for a refill, which they never received, the waiter came back to confirm what we needed but then disappeared again. I even asked for the manager to request more fries, but it was difficult to get their attention, and when I did, he just brushed us off. To make matters worse, I saw the "manager" wiping down a table with a wet cloth that looked like a used diaper — it was a pathetic attempt at cleaning, merely dusting the surface instead of sanitizing the table. Eventually, the manager did comp our meal after I mentioned the root beer situation, but it was frustrating because we couldn’t even get a refill. The bathrooms were also disgusting. While I'm thankful my meal was treated, it’s essential to share this review to highlight the problems at this location. We are quite dissatisfied after our experience as a family of five.

I ended up throwing my meal in the trash and ordering from a different restaurant. Honestly, they need to add more value to their dishes, as it just wasn't there. The meal consisted of just meat, a bun, and some lettuce. I even selected condiments, but they were missing. I’m struggling to understand what makes this place "gourmet," especially given the prices. I gave it another chance because I needed something quick, but it was disappointing once again. Four chicken fingers and a small portion of fries would have cost an additional $14. Overall, this chain is overpriced and not worth it.

I appreciate that the chain maintains a consistent menu across the country. However, the host today seemed to be sighing heavily, as if my order for an Impossible Burger was somehow complicated or difficult. When my food arrived, it was completely cold, and I didn’t feel it was worth mentioning. I could no longer tolerate the heavy sighs. I do not recommend this place. I suggest you just eat at home instead.

Red robin will drill through some problems and I understand it. the hour waiting and bad food is probably on low staff. because it wasn't packed. the staff and the manager were great.

Popped in tonight just to get 4 soft drinks. As I was waiting for my order (about 20 minutes in) there was a family of 6 that had been shown to their table. They weren 't back there long when they were brought back to the front and told they didn 't have a table for their party. The man asked why? The girl (who I assume is Alazia because that 's the name on my receipt and she 's the one who took my to go order) said because you didn 't tell us the right amount of people in your party. It changed from when you showed up the man said no it didn 't! It 's always been 6 people. She argued with this man and said you told us 4 people and now it 's 6. So we have to put you back on the wait list . The man said no, you don 't have to put us on the wait list, we 've already waited for 40 min, just seat us! The girl (rudely) said you can sit wait or leave I WAS SHOCKED!! Where has customer service gone? The man said I feel sorry for your manager. We 're leaving and all 6 walked out. As they were walking out she 's raising her voice louder and saying yeah ok that fine, leave! I dont need to be disrespected by anyone! So leave! And if anyone else wants to leave they can too. People think they can just come in here and disrespect you like that. No. Bye! And she proceeded to talk VERY loudly to the other host COACHING her on how you can just kick anyone out for any reason, you have that right. Don 't let people disrespect you This is madness! This man was so calm. Frustrated but calm and just wanted his time respected and to sit down with his family and eat. As a business owner, I implore you, whoever the manager to this establishment is, FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY. This is just what in remember! In the moment, it was So. Much. Worse! She is ruining your business and reputation. To the man and his family who SHE disrespected and (tried to) humiliate. I am so sorry that happened to you. I also waited for a good 30 minutes for 4 soft drink beverages and my order was wrong when it came out.
