Feedback gevenIt's a great place to get some good food, but hope they don't mind waiting for them to have a huge line in the rule and are really slow, but the workers are always polite and very well managed
Ordered 4 chicken soft tacos with fire sauce. First employee at the window was at least friendly. Sent me around to park in the front of the restaurant, no big deal. Second employee came to the door and actually waved me out of my car to walk to him to get my food... I went to the drive through for a reason. Got in the car noticed that they didn't give me not one fire sauce, but a handful of mild.. Irritating but hey, at least I got some sauce.. Opened first taco not even warm and tortilla literally crunches.. Is supposed to be a chicken SOFT taco, but these things have been sitting so long that the tortillas became hard! And it wasn't just the first one... All 4 were like that! Absolutely ridiculous. Only reason they got even one star was bc the first employee was at least friendly. I will absolutely not be returning to this taco bell. You don't go to taco bell and expect quality, but this was far below expectations. Even for them.
I deliver for doordash so this visit was to pick up an order. Ever since the pandemic I have not been able to personally go to taco bell because the doors are always locked and only the drive thru is open. I had cancer in 2008 and lost my voice due to it. I can't use the drive thru to order. So on this order it's my job so I had to wait in line and then I have to pass up the order speaker and go directly to the window. The employee opened the window and asked me what my problem was so I did my usual motion showing that I have a speech handicap and showed him the order on my phone which showed all the info and that it was doordash so he looked at it and said nothing and slammed the window. A few minutes later he said I had to pull around to the front and wait, should I did. 10 minutes later the manager come out with my order and I told him about the treatment I received and asked for that employees name and would not give it to me even after asking several times nor would he give me his. I used to love taco bell and will only go there there if I absolutely have to so I don't get negative marks on my record.
The worker was not friendly and acted like she didn't want to be there and the hamburger meat didn't taste like hamburger had a false meat taste. Then I got a freeze instead of a soda and not only did they charge me but I got a small not even a large to match the soda that came with the meal. Not going there again
Placed an order online to pick up in store, they locked the door when i pulled up. came out and asked me what my order was. waited 45 minutes, no food. waited another 20 minutes in drive through to be told your order isnt in our system. sorry, nothing we can do about it even though i was already charged and had the email receipt DONT BOTHER CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They arent 24/7 so now i have to spend my lunch break tomorrow getting my money back this location is horrible and needs better management
