The owners were great to work with and open to any kind of menu and service. Our wedding dinner consisted of good southern food and appetizers during the cocktail hour and I must say the food was DELICIOUS! I will forever be recommending this company to everyone in Huntsville hosting an event.

Purchased the valentines dinner for two from them, and couldn't be more impressed. The food was ready well before I needed it, and very detailed reheating instructions were provided. The food was delicious and an amazing amount for the money. Definitely would recommend.

Walter has catered events for us and we've eaten many of his healthy take home meals. He has such a talent for cooking always just the right seasoning, high quality ingredients, and creative combinations. He loves food and we love everything he makes.
