The Lodge - Huntsville

We came to this restaurant for a party with 20 people and were not informed that it was a set menu until we arrived.

The food and service at this restaurant are incredible! The fried brie cheese wedges were exceptional and the bourbon wings are also highly recommended.

According to their website, the resort, restaurants, and recreation facilities at Grandview Resort are now closed permanently as of February 28, 2017. Keep an eye out for luxury condos coming to this location in the future.

We recently had our wedding at Grandview and it was amazing. The service was great, the food tasted delicious and the venue was gorgeous. All of the guests said they had an amazing time and that it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to.

Daughter's wedding was a great success. Even though it rained all day and wedding was meant to be outside, the President, Sheldon, did everything to make plan B work - having ceremony inside. Grandview is a spectacular location for a wedding with great food and accommodation. Our brunch for 30 guests day after wedding at the dockside restaurant was special with great lake view and amazing food. When this resort is brought back to its former glory, it will be hard to get a reservation because there's nowhere in Huntsville area that has so much charm as this wonderful gem. Looking forward to lots of events at this beautiful resort.
