The Thai Hut - Huntsville

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed a couple spring rolls. They were super crispy and the veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly inside. Definitely going to go back for more!!

This Thai food truck is a must!!! The owner is super nice & takes pride in her authentic dishes. The spring rolls are crispy & delicious. The pad Thai is a favourite but the green curry is bursting with flavour with a nice heat to it. My only regret is not knowing about this little gem sooner!!

If you have not been to the Thai hut you are missing out! Everything is fresh, made to order & delicious! Nook is super friendly and passionate about her cooking. The spring rolls, pad thai and red curry are a few faves!!! Wish she was open all year round! See you soon!

Stopped in at the Thai Hut in Brendale Square Huntsville for a quick and delicious supper Pad Thai is fantastic and Beef Glass noodles great as well. Best fast food in town.

If you're considering going to Simon's Prime, don't bother! Turn around and go the other way. We were so caught up in conversation that we didn't realize how bad it was until we left.
