Wendy's - Huntsville

My experience at this restaurant was not good. While waiting for my food, I observed the young server at the counter preparing my order. He retrieved my French fries and used a metal scoop to put them into the fry box. I was dismayed to see him use his fingers to remove some of the fries from the box and throw them back into the fryer area, seemingly because he thought there were too many fries. The fries were not filled to the top, and my burger was just okay. The self-serve drink from the soda dispenser only contained carbonated water with no flavor. This was my first negative experience at a Wendy's.

The service was okay, but slow. It seemed like they were short-staffed.

Unfortunately, my wife became very ill after eating at this restaurant last night. It seemed like something was not cooked properly, as my children and I were fine. We have dined at this location multiple times and it is usually excellent.

This Wendy's saved my life. A wasp flew into my car while I was on the highway. I have a severe allergy so I pulled over into the Wendy's parking lot to get the wasp out, with many failed attempts, a lovely staff member came with a broom and shoo'd the wasp away. I then went and got a burger from there. The food was fantastic. Top notch staff! And my hero!
