Dixie Depot - Hurley

Seems like it’s been going down hill. Wife just left when the person cooking didn’t hear the lady give them the order for chicken. Wife waited 20 mins and they didn’t drop her order.

I have been in the store several times and it is so hot in there! The chocolate is melting all through the store. One of the employees was so apologetic even though it was not her fault. The poor employees are all sweating and suffering, albeit nice. I don't know what needs to be done but the A/C is very important here in the south. I would have tried the food but nobody wants to sweat and eat, especially when the staff is sweating. The fountain drink machine is so busy that the employees can't keep up with the ice. They have ones that make their own ice. That would be better. The store looks great and has some good stuff but I had to get back in my 23 yr old car for the A/C!

The burger i bought was burnt to a crisp gave it to my dog and he did not eat it either.

Extremely rude customer service!!!!! Whoever the black lady that is working there needs s new attitude or a new job and YES i told her that and her response was “Im not going anywhere”, everyone they have hired has no professionalism or customer service on their Resume, i wish i knew who to contact to file a formal complaint!!

Have better trained cashiers!!very rude!! act like they are doing you a favor for waiting on you!!
