Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hurricane

This place was so packed! However, the line was going pretty fast in the drive thru. I was concerned at first thinking they might mess up my order. They were fast!!! Like I have never been to such a fast Dairy Queen in my days! They got my order rightand the food was still fresh made! They were on top of it! I would definitely recommend this location.

Tasia the cashier was excellent. This is seriously one of the best Dairy Queen i have visited in the US. Delicious food, clean restaurant and excellent customer service. Great job to the entire team and please maintain the standard

This is some of the best Dairy Queen I?ve ever had. customer service was great! And we had a big group and they got everything right (which doesn?t happen often) so we were very happy. Plus the place is clean.

Terrible staff. When we arrived, several of them were playing around in the entrance and scattered when they saw us (customers were in the building, so it?s not like they were even alone). We got there at an hour until closing and there were only a fewchairs and tables NOT stacked up. Bathrooms were already blocked up for cleaning at 10 (they were supposed to close at 10:30).Tables next to us were being sprayed, including almost into our food (at least that kid was working though, that?s more than Ican say for their coworkers I talk about next). Felt like we were being kicked out a HALF HOUR before closing at a FAST FOODrestaurant. Worst of all, we had to tell our order several times to the teenager taking our order because his coworker kepttalking to him. That coworker also kept giving me glares while I stared at her talking to him while we were waiting to tell him.Apparently her story about wanting to go bowling was more interesting than doing her job or letting others do theirs. I saw acomment similar to this in a review from a few months ago, so obviously something needs to change. I recommend either somefirings or serious conversations occur. We have loved our experiences here in the past, but tonight was not it.

Staff wasn?t very nice.. they were making fun and laughing at another customer who took the display cup for their drink. I came for the fry sauce and it?s nothing special.. and neither is their food.
