Feedback gevenI placed an order online for pickup around 4:54. I pulled up to pay and receive my order at 5:05. Justin helped me, handed me my order, and mentioned it would only be 5 more minutes if I didn't mind parking over there. However, when I finally received my order at 5:22, I called and asked where my pizza was. Justin admitted he forgot about it and rushed to get it out. Unfortunately, my pizza was barely warm and the box was hot, but the pizza itself was not.
Everything was great from service, clean, friendly delicious!
Ordered 20 wings at $27, they were so hard I broke a tooth, they were not wings I will ever order again !!!
Gino's offers a wide variety of pizza, sandwiches, and subs. The service is always prompt and the food is delicious. They always cook to order.
When using coupons at this restaurant, customers may not always receive proper credit for them. For example, we purchased an item that was supposed to be $5.99 according to the voucher, but it ended up costing $8.67. When we inquired about the discrepancy, we were told it was a mistake and they corrected it to $7.43. Despite the hardworking staff and clean environment, it is clear that there is a lack of training on how to apply vouchers to orders. This can be frustrating for customers, especially if they have a large order with multiple coupons. Ultimately, the receipt may only show the total cost without any indication of the discounts applied.
