Always get your reception at this place. I understand that places are short-occupied, hectic and crazy, but at least properly train the employees you have. In particular, I was overloaded last morning on 4/3/22 by the POS (sales point). Called and an employee confirmed that I was overloaded, he was apologetic, but there is a big difference in a mistake with an order (e.g. forget cheese on a BE
I used to rate this Tudors five stars, but since the arrival of the new employee Jarrod, the service has significantly declined. I just spoke to the area supervisor about my experience. I really don’t appreciate being yelled at and treated so rudely; he could have kindly asked me to move my car instead of raising his voice. I wasn’t blocking any part of the parking lot, and they typically request that customers loop around. Another customer expressed that he wouldn’t be returning after being yelled at as we just were. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this issue.
The food quality and service has really went downhill. Got about two tablespoons of gravy for $1.79 side of gravy
I mean... breakfast sandwiches on fluffy cookies from a drive-through at 2:00? Yes, please! I'm traveling with three kids, and I really appreciate being able to stay in the car while we're on the road. I'm glad we decided to stop here. Your coffee is definitely better than what I had at the hotel.
