The cleanliness and service here are extraordinary. Housekeeping does an excellent job of sanitizing and tidying up the rooms, and the front desk staff made extending my stay and checking in and out smooth and effortless. They do it all with a smile and genuinely care about ensuring you enjoy your stay! The pool is exceptionally clean, with towels always available. I appreciated that they clean the pool regularly, which is a nice touch! The outdoor patios are perfect for relaxing, and parking is easy with their convenient attached parking garage, which is free to use. There are also plenty of food and shopping options nearby. I promise that choosing this Hilton location will make your stay hassle-free. Hurst is a lovely area to stay in. Thank you for making my trip a wonderful experience!

The dining options in the area are quite limited, and the hotel breakfast was just average. During the conference, it was challenging to find coffee and water throughout the event. The room was clean, but the carpet and furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and tear, making the space feel outdated and somewhat untidy. On the plus side, safety measures were in place, as you needed a key card to access the elevators, and the side doors were locked after 11 PM.
