Mcdonald's - Hurst

The place was very clean, and the service was excellent. I stopped by for a coffee, and it might just be the nicest McDonald's I've ever visited.

The employees are still wearing masks, which I really appreciate. Even though COVID rates are decreasing, they are considering the health of their customers by trying to prevent the spread of colds or the flu.

Playground is a fantastic restaurant with a spacious seating area. The main dining area is lovely, featuring attractive decor. However, I've noticed that the staff often struggles with understanding English. It would be beneficial to have at least one fluent English speaker available at all times. Additionally, the tables could be cleaned more frequently.

I had an excellent experience at this McDonald's, all thanks to Veronica! She was incredibly sweet and very patient with me when my 4-year-old changed his mind and I needed to modify my order. Being a mom can be challenging, and even though I know her job isn't easy, she truly went above and beyond to show kindness and reassurance. I really appreciate people like her!

Exceptional breakfast, as always! My favorite order is the sausage cheese McMuffin paired with a hash brown for just $2. I also love the sausage biscuit option. This location is one of the consistently great McDonald's I’ve been to, and their ice cream machine actually works every time I visit!
