Sonic Drive-in - Hurst

I visited this location for the first time and I will definitely return. I ordered a 6-inch chili cheese coney with bacon, along with onion rings and a cherry coke. I would have preferred a bit more chili, but everything was served hot and tasted wonderful. My server, Angie, was the highlight of my experience; she kept the conversation lively and put a smile on my face!

I visited Sonic tonight, and it was quite crowded. There was a young man taking orders and delivering everything all on his own! He handled it impressively without missing a beat. This young man definitely deserves a raise! He got our large order right on the first try. He was the fastest car hop I've seen in a long time! I felt really sorry for him since he was the only one managing orders and delivering food. The name on the receipt was Lucas, so Lucas, I give you two thumbs up—you were fantastic tonight!

The cherry limeade and onion rings were surprisingly (and happily) vegan, and they were absolutely delicious!

I really enjoy this Sonic. The service is fast and dependable. However, like many Sonics, some of their kiosks don't work properly. My experience would improve significantly if they would simply place a cone or an "out of order" sign on the broken ones. That way, I wouldn't have to pull in only to back out and search for another kiosk.

This place is perfect for a quick comfort food fix. They offer a variety of classic options including hot dogs, burgers, shakes, onion rings, and chicken tenders.
