Starbucks - Hurst

I love Starbucks drinks and staff. Worth every penny

Why are there only two employees working here? They were absolutely slammed. And although the two workers were hustling and as efficient as could be expected, I was disturbed. I’ve never seen a Starbucks so understaffed. Whoever the regional manager is for this location should be fired.

Ok so I go to starbucks daily. This one is close to work. But today will be my last day going. The staff is very very rude and will have a lot of people standing there. It's like we are invisible. The most unfriendly staff I've ever encountered at any starbucks EVER. Usually I have a great experience at starbucks. But this location is always unfriendly and clearly don't want to be there. I know it's stressful but omggg you guys are making it a habit. So I'll just stop going here.

Very good service and very delicious coffee of the day.

What I like the most about this Starbucks is that they have a lot of seating available so it can work for small or larger groups. But, it also works for one person.
