We stayed there for one night with access to the spa. Check-in went quickly with a complimentary herbal tea. Pleasant room, just what you need with good bedding, a large bathroom, a fridge, a kettle, a TV and the Spa pack (towels, bathrobes and slippers). We had a superior room with a forest view. The big positive point is the catering part, with evening dinner and breakfast. Very friendly waiters and waitresses, we enjoyed the 3-course formula. Well recommended for red wine and cheese. The only negative point is the Spa which I find small and not many bubbles, apart from the showers. Sona, hammam and solarium top. To conclude, we had a very good time overall.

We have stayed for two nights here. The location is great for exploring the local area. Colmar is just a 15-20 minutes drive away and there is a very cute town/village nearby. We had the dinner at the hotel on our first night. It was good. Not remarkable. The communal areas of the hotel are nicely decorated. The rooms are a bit simplistic. The shower was really good though. Staff were polite and friendly. Plenty of parking. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Rooms: Great shower. Noteworthy details: They have a small kids corner on the ground floor.

I just took their spa and dinner package for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. I booked the package and noted I wanted to come on Nov 23. It was the last day I could use the package before the Christmas markets and it was for the exact date of his birthday. There were some miscommunication and I my dinner reservations never went through. Thankfully I had an intuition to call to confirm. The restaurant was completely full but, after speaking with the supervisor, they were able to accommodate me and the birthday boy. I love the spa here. It’s always super clean and never too over crowded. Our reservations for dinner were at 20h45 and we arrived at 17h for the spa. We had more than enough time to enjoy everything and be relaxed. Dinner was delicious as always. The birthday boy was very happy and so am I. Thank you to the staff who were able to fit us in!

Very good hotel where we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is very pleasant and at your service. A very small problem: in the rooms the heating is difficult to regulate. But we are delighted THANKS Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
