My 3 years old knocked his chocolate from the table and it splashed everywhere. I went to the register to get a towel to clean it, and they insisted that we just move to another table and they would clean it for me. then they offered me to shake my child again! thank you, dq, that we make our family so pleasant. or at least a little less embarrassing!

Eating is always fresh and hot and the young man who works and takes up the running gear is very respectful and sure that her order is always so right that the same young man, no matter day or time I find out that his name is jonathan and I think he went to school now

Staff was pleasant and courteous, even though I needed to wait in drive-through, I didn't mind for fresh food.

We stopped by the drive through today since our dogs were with us. We asked for two plain meat Pattie’s and the staff person was very accommodating. She was very pleasant and efficient. That being said, the food left a lot to be desired. I bit into my burger and got a mouth full of some sort of paper. When I opened it to examine, I found the burger patty to be gray and unappealing. It had the appearance of having been steamed or microwaved, no caramelization whatsoever ever. The fries were “meh”. Dogs thought everything was Ok, they got it all!. First bad experience at a Daity Queen ever for us.

Fries were cold, woman had an attitude, about fixing a mint oreo blizzard. I Asked for a medium got a mini. She's like well,the mini is what we have on the screen. You just read the order back, said medium Mint Oreo. Looking like a deer with his head cut off. Instead of offering to fix it. We just went inside, the gentleman fixed it with no issues. Everytime I go there, it's always a problem
