Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

Had a bad experience here. The manager reached out and told me he put $10 on my account. Went back the next week and nope...was told you had to order through the app.Today I ordered through the app. Still no $10 off.Scam, dishonest management at this location. Avoid!

I would recommend Jimmy John's, but not this location in Hutchinson, MN. I waited 20 minutes for my order, only to see my food sitting in the window. Then, the staff tried to charge me twice because they forgot I had already paid. I suggest going to a different restaurant—there are many other good options around.

I rode my bike there just before closing time, and the staff was incredibly considerate and welcoming. The sandwich I had was outstanding! I apologize for arriving just as you were closing, and I really appreciate your kindness!

This restaurant is always a fantastic place to dine. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Every penny spent here is well worth it.

I order online. It’s almost always quick, always tasty, and for some reason, just what I needed. The naysayers do not understand about sub sandwiches. For context, submarine sandwiches were invented in New Britain CT. A local sandwich maker started making hearty, filling sandwiches for the submarine shipyard workers, who needed something fast that they could eat cold and then get back to boat building. The question should be asked- which sub copied which?
