Koi Ramen - Hutchinson

It pains me to update my original review. My first visit was in late July and it was a wonderful experience. The rolls were amazing, I was served Wasabi and ginger, I had a small plate to dip my roll. Today, the roll was drowning in sauce to the point all I could taste was the sauce. I got no Wasabi or ginger, and instead of a small plate to dip the sushi, I got a plastic 2oz portion cup. The roll didn't fit in the cup. I couldn't finish. I hope this was just a one time fluke.

We had spring rolls and goyza- don't miss these scrumptious starters. The accompanying sauces were fabulous! The sushi and udon dishes were beautifully presented and equally delicious. Wonderful staff and atmosphere. Hurry over to this new gem in town!

Today was my first time at Koi Ramen and I was absolutely blown away by the place, the atmosphere, and most importantly — the food! We ordered some potstickers, spicy tuna roll, and spicy pork belly ramen. the staff were kind and prompt. I will be returning!!

I've been here a lot and all that I've had, which included a rainbow roll (sushi), tonkatsu ramen, poke bowl, takoyaki, gyoza, chicken katsu and yaki udon- all of it was amazing. The food was nice and hot, flavorful, and presented nicely, and fits in perfectly with the atmosphere. I hope you guys stay around, the place is pretty awesome.

Bring your own sugar for sweet tea. They don't have any, but Carlos next door does. Great looking place and a cool atmosphere. However the customer service just wasn't there. Usually when you get your ticket the waitress/waiter come back to the table, but they stood there waiting while we were still eating. Food was alright. No problems with the orders or food. Overall experience leads me to cooking those meals at home instead.
