I didn’t get to eat here because they ran out of brisket. The food must be incredible because the line was very long. So come early.

One of the best hole in the wall BBQ places west of the Mississippi. Bbq turkey was phenomenal along with the sauce and toast. Don’t be afraid to stop by here and get it while it’s hot. Price is worth the food you get.

Roy 's has the best bbq! When returning to Hutchinson, I try to arrive in time to eat at Roy 's. Today, I succeeded! And I brought my Texan husband who considers himself a connoisseur of BBQ. He says, Give them a 5 star! So I did. Delicious food, friendliest service ever, and it feels like home
