Pizza Hut - Hutto

Ordered so my delivery would arrive when we did. Wanted wings, driver shows up without the wings we ordered. The double order of cheese sticks looks like bread sticks, hardly any cheese on them at all, dry as bleep. They put a small not even half fill of the little cup of marinara sauce, literally a tiny spec, like it was a joke. We haven't ordered Pizza Hut in years and figured we'd give it shot. Highly disappointed, I repeat highly disappointed. For a dozen hot wings, 2 personal Supremes and a family order of cheese sticks for $60 plus, this is not worth it. Would not recommend Hutto Pizza Hut. They don't care of quality of the food at all.

This place was awesome the guys that work there are super cool I ordered a pizza and bread sticks delivered to a truck with special introduction , it was here in a flash both the delivery guy and the guy that answered the phone made my experience with Pizza Hut very present and professional thanks guys Florida

Ordered Dominos tonight and everything was amazing!! Pizza was hot! Saucy and I have no complaints!! Definitely worth the bang of my buck!!!

The battle between corporate and local continues. Overwhelming the little man. I remember why I don't by Pizza Hut.

There is a huge absence of customer service when it comes to the window. Every time I’m in a position where i need to utilize the window for pickup I dread it because I know I will be waiting there forever while employees attempt to avoid eye contact with me as they pass the window. It’s honestly kind of funny, but also just sad how nonexistent the customer service is in that regard. Food is whatever though it’s your average pizza hut right. Typing this as I’ve been waiting for over half an hour for someone to even speak with me at the window. I can understand if the food isn’t ready yet or whatever the case but it really shouldn’t be so difficult to greet a customer. Like I said though can’t hate the food and I’m sure the customer service if you enter the establishment is more welcoming than through the window. This also isn’t even near the first time i’ve dealt with this of course otherwise i wouldn’t feel the need to post a review about it,
