Right on the main strip of Hvar this place had awesome vegan ice cream options. All clearly labelled and each day I saw they had atleast 6 vegan flavours such as pistachio, dark chocolate, hazelnut, berry etc. a tad pricy (18kuna per flavour) but if you get two scoops the serving is super generous small bucket sized!
There are 8 different vegan gelato options available at this restaurant, and I must say I was very impressed. My favorite was the pistachio flavor.
We asked for not milk ice cream and they were quick to point out. They had a visit to dark chocolate and a visit they did not visit, they only had the fruit sorbets.
She asked the first person there, she didn't know what vegan means. She asked for help, and the other worker said they have strawberry, passion fruit, lemon (all fruit flavors), and dark chocolate. Dark chocolate was almost sold out, the remaining few pots in the refrigerator were contaminated with other flavors, cuz each ice has its own spoon. Impossible to know if you eat it with milk or not.
