Their juices are top-notch and they even have a great variety of vegan and non-vegan desserts, breakfast bowls, and smoothies made fresh daily. I appreciate that they offer alternative milk options, as well as delicious chia puddings. The prices at Swiss Republic Hvar are surprisingly fair, especially considering the quality of the drinks and food. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. Owner Joško is often on-site, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Swiss Republic Hvar is a must-visit spot in Hvar. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the delicious offerings and friendly service. This restaurant serves delicious coffee with homemade syrups and fantastic cakes! Normally, I prefer raw cakes with a creamy and smoky texture, but everything I tried here was truly amazing. I highly recommend it. Just a note: seating may be limited. Review updated on November 1, 2021.
