Domino's Pizza - Hyannis

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They were still open, but refused to serve us, which felt very unfair. I decided to give them another chance the next night, but despite being less than five miles from my home, they kept hanging up on me when I called.

I ordered pizza, wings, and cinnamon twists. Unfortunately, the wings had no sauce, the pizza was a complete mess, and there was no icing for the twists. The only highlight was the delivery driver, who was very friendly.

My experience at Domino's Pizza in Hyannis was quite disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff's limited English skills made communication difficult. I ordered a thin crust pizza, but to my dismay, it arrived as a thick crust pizza (see attached picture). While I was waiting, I noticed the cashier left the register to chat with a coworker who was preparing pizzas nearby. They seemed more focused on their conversation than on food safety. I observed them making pizzas without wearing gloves, and when I asked the cashier if she could put on gloves, she refused. Unfortunately, neither of them wore gloves while handling the ingredients for the pizza they were preparing for the oven. I even asked my spouse to go inside and request that they wear gloves, but he reported back that they barely understood English, making it difficult to communicate my concern. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I felt very uneasy about eating pizza prepared without proper PPE. The next morning, we found that our thick crust pizza had barely been touched. We are deeply unsettled by the lack of adherence to food safety protocols by the staff, especially when it comes to handling customers' food. Overall, I left feeling grossed out and disappointed with this experience.

I ordered a Large Deep Dish, what I received was a Large Brooklyn. When I informed the manager he said deep dish does not come in large? Maybe the girl at the register should have informed me of that!

I love the 10 points Each time order promotion because after doing 6 separate pizza orders you get a free pizza ,who don't enjoy that and the pan pizza my favorite ,light sauce cause they put on too much if not and other favorite is the bonelesschicken ,bacon bites has diced tomatoes but I get made without but I order a lot from dominos there very tasty when I don't feellike cooking or dishes lol !!!
