Grand Cru - Hyannis

Love this place! I've been here several times for wine because I love the quiet atmosphere of this place. They have jazz on weekends and the wines aren't cheap but to me its worth the cost for a cozy wine bar with good wine.

Better than expected for a restaurant conveniently located inside a kid-friendly hotel. The fried calamari was very fresh tasting and the meatballs seemed house-made. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Service was prompt and she had no problem keeping up with the drink orders. During our off-season stay, the Grand Cru was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. We were guests of the hotel and received three $10 vouchers good at either of the on-site restaurants. Grand Cru gladly applied all three to one check, taking a nice chunk off our bill. Much-appreciated!

Pretty good. More than expected. Burger. Shrimp scampi and pasta were good. If you are staying here at cape codder resort, worth eating here for convenience

I would actually give this 2.5 stars, if allowed. We had very different dining experiences at my table. We sat out on the deck since there was live music and a man making balloon animals for the kids (and adults) which was fun and different. The waitstaff were pleasant and there were no issues with our orders. The waitress brought out my son's meal early, as asked. The bread and pesto were tasty. I ordered the special (grilled vegetable lasagna) which was flavorful. My husband ordered the cod which he enjoyed. However, two of our party ordered the ribs which resembled 1)slimy brown hockey pucks or 2)something that would come out of a Hungryman TV dinner. The consistency and taste were likened to Spam. Another in our party ordered the chicken caesar salad which, after a few bites, turned his appetite... So, order at your own risk! Side note: the wine pairing worked well for me.

This restaurant was our favorite, out of 14 restaurant meals touring New England. Superb wine selection, huge variety of cocktails expertly crafted, and enough beer choices even for my partner!! We had 2 meals dinner) local grown, fresh and perfectly prepared truly delicious menu choices. Not bar food! The bartender is so kind and inviting, a true pro as you'd expect in a larger cosmopolitan bistro). Scallops on vegetable risotto is pure ambrosia!!
