Mary Lou's Coffee - Hyannis

I've been to Marylou's several times and my only complaint would be some of the teenage employees, you walk in there and if they're not on their phone they're chatting disregarding the customer. They always dish out attitude when taking your order and treat you like a joke. Some of the older employees and the manager, Amanda are a joy. They always assure the customer is satisfied and put lot's of effort into customer satisfaction. Food is great, coffee is excellent.

Great iced and hot coffee flavor options! It's a treat that the coffee is actually flavored and it's not from syrups. Great options for flavored iced and hot coffees too! I had an iced decaf vanilla hazelnut coffee and it was perfect. I love the pink theme here too. Definitely a great alternative to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. :

I would actually rate this 0 stars but it does not give me the option. I was very disappointed in my experience this morning. I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes, and the worker had started making the orders behind me of the regulars I had been waiting longer then the ones behind me. It was not fair, they were getting their orders whir I had been their longer waiting patiently.

Every time I go to this place the coffee is terrible, and the flavors are gross. I can get a better coffee at Cumberland Farms then I can here.

ONLY in Massachusetts! So yummy, lots of flavors, and very reasonabl priced. DD is getting expensive, and Starbucks is ridiculous in their pricing. I wish we had one near me. I could go 3x for the price of Starbucks once. Place is clean, people are friendly and super nice. A must visit. They sell their coffee and pods as well in store only. If you like it and I think you will ... stock up unless you live near by. Very affordable.
