The Egg I - Hyannis

First time here. Our server James was fantastic! My breakfast was perfect! Not often are my eggs made the way I like. My breakfast sandwich was packed. The home fries fresh and tasty! I would give it 5 stars but it was a bit pricey for a breakfast sandwich and english and coffees. It’s a cute spot right on Main St in Hyannis which is probably why the prices. The people soooo friendly! We will be coming back for sure.

I walked in to get an omelette w ham sausage and bacon and a water and was presented with a bill for $32.45 shocked was not a word I would use. Clearly that’s why I was the only person in the restaurant on a morning. Seemed kinda weird but now I understand.

Good food. Old school breakfast place. Lots of room. Good for children. Not fancy but a good value, Kid-friendliness: Room to move around.

Dont do it! Walked in and knew we should have left, unkempt entry with clutter everywhere. Waited too long to order even in a near empty restaurant. Hash was burned, homefries flavorless. Eggs were fine. Only good part of the meal was the anazing french toast. 1 server was watching movies loudly on her phone, the other was playing loud music at times. Id get french toast to go but otherwise will not visit again. Also $50 for a small breakfast for 2 is excessive.
