Pollo Campero - Hyattsville

The food here is excellent. I had a leg and a thigh, along with rice, an empanada, and guava juice, and everything was delicious. The customer service was great, but the service was quite slow. Since they recently opened, I’ll give them some time to improve their speed. Overall, it was a good experience!

It's wonderful to enjoy a simple yet flavorful meal. The plantains are always a great addition to any dish, and the crafted drinks are my favorite. This franchise is truly worth every penny spent on each meal. I can visit any Pollo Campero and consistently find the food to be filling and delicious. I hope they open a location in Howard County!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible, and when I ordered the 4-piece mixed, I was shocked by what was served. The chicken was burnt, and the beans looked as if they had been slopped onto the plate. The chicken was tough and tasted stale, which made me feel nauseous, and I ended up vomiting shortly after. I strongly advise caution if you're considering dining here. We ended up returning the food and contacting the health department. I cannot recommend this place!

Wow! Good thing I ordered double size of yucca because if I didn't I wouldn't have gotten anything. And we didn't get any chicken breasts because we have to wait longer than 25 minutes. All of this cost more than 35. Honestly very unsatisfied.

Omg i love this restaurant. Everyone is so respectful and kind. The manager Jordy is so respectful and very profesional, his cashiers very kind.
