Subway - Hyattsville

This Subway was very clean and felt very new. I removed two stars because I was the only patron there and the staff couldn't focus on the sandwich I was telling them to make. I had to repeat myself three times at most parts of the process. I believe this could also be a language issue as the sandwich makers first language was clearly not English.

I ALWAYS go to this subway the day of and order a tray of subs for my training classes. Today, 10/14/21, I walk in allow 2 people to go in front of me because I know the drill and I?m told that I can?t even place my order because it?s not in advance. When I explained that I ALWAYS do this, she tells me she can?t do it. Unacceptable. There either needs to be signage or policy stating you can?t even place the order if other people are in the establishment.

They are very rude nasty and don't speak English like we are not in America they need to be removed and they put their people first and always giving the Hispanic free food

I am at the door at 9:40 pm and the representative told me they were closed. She just shook her head to tell me they were closed and then hid in the back. However the sign clearly says it closes at 10pm. I drove 20 mins to get here because this is one of the few things I can eat while pregnant and NOW I can?t even eat anything. Thanks. I?m writing this review at 9:51pm and she still won?t let me in. SMH. Never coming back.

This is a great place to come to grab a bite to eat , all the meats and vegetables are Always fresh and you know the bread is baked each and every day! Mrs.Kuku is a great asset to this organization she's always there and the store is always clean !!
