Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hyden

I certainly won't be returning to this restaurant. The staff appears unfriendly, and it's evident that they are not happy in their jobs—even the managers seem dissatisfied. The prices are somewhat high, especially given how often they get my orders wrong. The toast is consistently either soggy or stale, which is frustrating. There seems to be a lack of management presence, and it reflects poorly on the overall experience. Every time I've requested to speak with the head manager, he's never available. If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would.

This used to be a fantastic restaurant, but it seems to have really declined. The cooks rarely prepare the food well, and the waitstaff are slow and seem to lack any real interest in doing their jobs properly. There's a sewer smell that makes it hard to enjoy eating there, and the ice cream is almost always melted. The burgers are usually falling apart and they often don’t have the right condiments. I’m sharing this honest review in the hope that someone can help improve Dairy Queen, as it used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Hyden.

Best food in Hyden. Their ice cream cakes are amazing. This place has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and continues to be. Everytime you walk in there?s always a friendly (and sometimes familiar) face there and it just feels like family here.

I absolutely love the Caramel Moo Lattes; they keep me coming back for more! The chicken sandwiches are great, and the burgers are just a step behind them.
