Rouge Pizze Aperitivo - Hyères

The place does not look great and yet the ambient enthusiasm and the excellent pizzy will make you a regular dice the first visit. in red, pizza is Neapolitan, cooked at very high temperature, with very short cooking. tomatoes, olive oil, mozzarella, basil make a margherita almost perfect. and serious things happen when asparagus, truffles, pecorino, burrata, ect! my advice: eating smoking on the spot, otherwise, it's cool, it's a crime.
