Feedback gevenTerrible experience, definitely avoid this restaurant! It is a strange and unpleasant place, with rude staff and unhelpful management. I would never return, even if it were the only option left.
Terrible experience. Ordered takeout and everything was cold. The fries were soggy and cold. It's not that hard to fry chips when they're ordered. I won't be returning.
The drive-thru wait was over an hour long. It was incredibly frustrating and we couldn't even leave the line. They should have just closed the drive-thru, that would have been a better solution.
Chicken very dry,gravy watery,few burnt chips,the best thing about the meal was the Delivery man who was polite and friendly, the food terrible, I couldn't eat it, it cost 28.00 and mine is in the bin tasteless
Absolutely terrible service yet again , items missed of the order , came from NHS to collect an order this time 2 items missed . ripon the manager has no customer skills at all .a completely disappointing visit and for sure it will be the last . avoid , avoid , avoid .
