Brockhill Cafe - Hythe

This charming little café mainly offers vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately, they didn't have any vegan cheese available during our visit. However, the vegan cake was delightful!

The experience wasn't extraordinary, but it was exactly what we needed after a stroll through the park. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely meal. I would definitely consider returning during the peak season, as we visited just two days after they reopened for the year. (Note: The directions from Happy Cow to Waze were incorrect.)

The food here is extremely low cost and the portions are good. There is a whole range of food from veggie bacon butties to lentil cottage pie, burgers and chips etc so whether you want a big meal or a snack there will be something. They also have dairy free soft ice cream. Great walk through the park and around the lake too, beautiful snowdrops. There is seating indoors and outdoors.

Portion sizes are great, dog friendly, helpful staff, tasty food, great choice, fantastic prices. Can buy their burgers frozen to cook at home.
