Terracotta - Hythe

We have a warm reception on a lazy afternoon from the very friendly owners. we felt perfect at home in their cozy and informal restaurant where we found to our full satisfaction, not papers, but inside serviettes on the table. and then eating. we ate the best pasta in years. the house wine was delicious, the dessert tasty, the coffee super. and the bill even better. so it was.

Lovely little restaurant and the husband and wife duo who are chef and host, are so nice and welcoming. Perfect food that is cooked to order, which takes time but is so worth it.

Ordering food for collection/collection. drove by sandgate as reviews were great. asked kitchen to change something, one of the pasta dishes on our taste, which they do not have a problem. eating was delicious, but a little expensive for the portion size. it was not in eating, but the restaurant was busy and the staff was very friendly and warm. would recommend definately.

Nice home cooked meal, thank you. Vongoli had a good amount of clams and my seafood pasta had a lot of mussels, clams, prawns and squid, overall a good meal.. would definitely recommend.

Excellent food, keep going back as owners are very friendly. an enjoyable experience.
