You have a selected choices of dishes, very tasty, and an impressive service, all in a place where you can feel like home. I definitely recommend Avocado blossom, Veal tenderloin with truffle and Lava cake. The food is very nice presented. So, VIVID is a Must for Fine Dining in IASI !
For those who look for a quite evening, good stile and great dining. All the dishes have a twist that keep your interest to come and try it all. I strongly recommend the fresh pasta. The prices are a tag high, but worth every penny.
This is a great place for lunch or dinner in Iasi. The food here is very tasty and it offers Romanian and Italian cuisine with a twist. The Chef is a very friendly lady that many times comes and relates with the patrons. A must try place even if on the more pricey price range in town.
A charming place in the area of Palas Mall. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The ambience was excellent and the host's recommendations were perfect. The best restaurant in town.
Like another reviewer said, I'm surprised more people aren't eating here. The atmosphere is lovely with soft music playing in the background, greenery on the walls, soft colours etc. It's an intimate place with only a minimal amount of seating. But the service could still be improved. When I entered, the only server looked at me like I was intruding so I had to ask if it was open. I sat and then had to wait for about 10 minutes to be attended to; the waiter even went back behind the bar area after serving another table, rather than attending to me next! There were only two other small parties eating and drinking in the restaurant. The expensive menu has lots of veggie and vegan options, a lifesaver for me. However, the whole menu is in Romanian- except for the food titles which makes no sense. Also the fact can't be found online to find prices beforehand is frustrating. It's definitely one of the more expensive places I've eaten at in the country. The waiter translated for a few options and then I opted for the avocado mousse and a three-mushroom soup. As well as a glass of dry white wine. The mousse was phenomenal- essentially it's guacamole served with the hard ryba crackers you get in the supermarket. This sounds bland but it was SO good with lots of avo chunk. And a very good portion size for a starter. The plating was also lovely. I regretted getting the soup as I was pretty full from the starter alone. The soup though was also very rich and creamy- perfect for winter. Served with a plate of croutons. Two missteps: I ordered a green drink which the waiter did advise me not to get (should've listened!) but he said it was because something to do with my digestion. I let him know I ordered these kind of drinks in London all the time. So I got it without cucumber but silly me forgot to take out the chlorophyll so it tasted awful. I had it taken away. Also the wine I had was fine but when it came time for the bill, he had charged me for a more expensive wine though I had assumed I was getting the less expensive house white. The owner and chef comes out and talks to each table on the food and I told her about the bill issue. She apologised but as the amount had already gone through via credit card she refunded me the wine amount in cash. I was a bit disconcerted the green drink I returned wasn't taken off the bill- as it likely would have been in the US for good customer service purposes- but it wasn't a huge deal. The desserts sounded lovely and the chef's offer to get the chocolate cake for takeaway was tempting but glad I resisted as I was so full. With a few more tweaks in staff training this place would be great.
