Can Toni Ribas - Ibiza

Honestly the worst meal of my life. We had driven past this place several times so decided to stop for lunch. We were met on the door by the owner smiling outside. To start, there was a large beetle on the floor by my foot as we sat down so we decided to move to outdoors. I noticed the owner later went to tuck the chair under, clocking the bug and ignoring it. The owner had no English and pointed to the menu on the wall so we had no idea what we had ordered. We have been to plenty of places where the owners speak little English but are usually far more welcoming. He made no effort for us to understand. As it turned out we had a salad to start which was fine but very basic and unappealing. Then a piece of fish with chips and some undesirable looking pork and chips. The fish was barely edible. We would have laughed if it wasn't for the fact we were being swarmed by so many wasps as we ate I wanted to cry. Thank god it only came to €20.

For any visitor to the island wanting to experience the real Ibiza, Can Toni Ribas is the place for you. Fantastic views of the San Carlos valley, Ibicencan food of the highest order, spotless balcony restaurant, polite service and sensible prices. Heaven.

I loved this cute little restaurant. The food was super good, wow the homemade gazpacho with real croutons was delicious and the bread with the garlic mahonese was wonderful. The fish was very good and the best was the Ibiza typical cake with mint to blow your mind. Besides, the gentle treat of Toni was superb. I will go back for sure

Visited Can Toni Ribas early June . Have had the pleasure of visiting that typical ' Ibicencan restaurant ' for a number of years . The views looking down the San Carlos valley are a delight . The service and the meal were excellent , looking forward to my next visit . A hidden gem that deserves a visit.

Super Food Super Friendly Super Vlew Super Price The couple who runs the restaurant is super charming, we felt super welcome all the time I have been to the restaurant in the last years often. It was getting better with every year. 12/10 would recommend
